Question / Help OBS Studio not showing up!

Help! i am new here and i don't know what to do. i've recently starting to use obs studio, and it worked just fine for me, i was able to do everything i needed to do. But when i was about to record something today, obs studio was not starting up at all. I was able to only see its icon in the taskbar, but it was not showing any window on the screen. I tried to reinstall it but it didn't work. I am using the last version of obs studio. I don't know if someone else is having this problem, but if someone is able to support me in this case, it would be very great.

Try deleting global.ini from %APPDATA%\obs-studio

I am also having this issue but where can i find global.ini? I didnt see anything called global.ini or %APPDATA%\obs-studio

WinKey+R > Type in %appdata%\obs-studio and press Enter

I deleted the global.ini file but my OBS is still not coming up

I see the task in my task manager but no window to interact with to start a stream. here is the log for the last startup.
