Question / Help Obs studio not seeing Elgato HD60 as a device

I am trying to set up the following :-

OBS <Elgato hd60<Camcorder running on Windows 10 64bit.

As far as I can see everything I have downloaded software/drivers wise is 64bit.

I cannot see the hd60 listed as a video capture device in the "add exisiting" list.

It works perfectly through the Elgato software. Log attached.

Any ideas?
