Question / Help Obs studio not recording Overwatch

Want to record overwatch as a local recording but it seems no matter what encoding setting i do. the video lags out. I tested the same settings in Brawlhalla and it seems to work just fine.

SOLVED! I just changed it to game capture instead of window capture. maybe problem with alt+tab to start recording?
