Bug Report OBS Studio not capturing a game I want to record/stream

So when I try to record/stream. I go on properties of the game capture and click 'Capture Specific Window' and leave all the others same. And it just stays black and I can't do anything. I tried re-downloading OBS, restarting PC, deleting scenes.
It's unknown.

But it's not black for some steam games like:
Garry's mod
Counter Strike Global Offensive.

I hope this helps the devs to fix the bug.

This user is not on the creator's update. Please be careful when offering advice, sometimes bad advice is worse than none at all!

From your log, it looks like you are playing the game fullscreen, but trying to capture it while it is alt+tabbed? Game Capture cannot capture fullscreen games while they are minimized, as nothing is being rendered to capture.
