OBS Studio + NDI Tools crash

I have OBS Studio installed and NDI Tools, I intent to use OBS Studio in order to transmit live lessons through Jitsi. I downloaded NDI Tools for Fedora 32. Crash report is at https://paste.centos.org/view/65770a9b
How to solve?

To further clarify (since I just encountered this myself), NDI Tools requires the SSSE3 instruction set, which the AMD Phenom II does not support.

Thank you, aega, I deactivated ndi plugin, now OBS Studiio is working fine. So, the isse must be related to this
I need urgently a new motherboard and processor.
