Question / Help OBS Studio Making CS:GO lag but I Have 50+ frames In-Game

When I try to record CSGO OBS makes CSGO lag but I have good ping and decent frames. Whenever I stop the Recording it goes away. Any Help please?

Buy/build a better computer. Your CPU is from 2008 and your GPU is a mid-range card from 2012.

So there is nothing i can do in the OBS settings to help?
