OBS Studio makes Elden Ring GPU usage goes to space



I noticed that I can run Elden Ring really smooth when not recording, but as soon as I open OBS STudio, the Elden Ring cpu usage goes from 65% to almost 100%.

The Windows Task Manager shows that ELDEN RING goes to 100% (not just the gpu usage, but the game itself).
Obs studio open (without recording/streaming) uses 3% of gpu.

Tried to Disable preview on obs, but some how this affects the game gpu usage.

Why? Could this be a conflict between the game and obs? How could I try to fix it?
