OBS Studio - Low FPS in Videos (Windows 11)

Hello Everyone, I have a problem with OBS.
I tried a lot of things, I tried reinstalling OBS, looking for solutions on youtube, but nothing worked out.
I think it isn't a hardware problem, I have AMD Ryzen 5 3600 with Gigabyte GTX 1080Ti 11GB.
I am not sure but I think that other Recording software's lag too.
I tried setting Priority to High, and changing couple more settings.

I hope someone has a solution, please help!

Stop using advanced output and keep it in simple.
The best way to try and fix is running the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change anything.
Restart OBS
Test as is.
If all goes well, try changing to a better quality preset and test again.
Done.

If you insist on using advanced output, then don't use CBR. Instead use CQP.

A log file from an actual recoding session is also needed. Look at Help menu for it.
