Question / Help OBS Studio Keeps Crashing While Streaming

So im not sure why this keeps happening but i can stream for like 1-2hours then obs crashes. After the first crash it then goes on to crash every 20-30min. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks! But i would like to say it crashes even when i dont use that Amds encoding
