Hi I've been having issues with my obs studio recently. its been using more cpu and dropping frames and i don't know why. I'm attaching my log file down below.

That log doesn't have a recording or streaming attempt in it either.
Logs are per launch of OBS, not per "start recording" or "start streaming"
the "Last log" option is from the previous launch of obs
the "Current Log" option is from the current launch of obs.

Insufficient bandwidth. Reduce bitrate, to something closer to 3000 if the above log is indicative of network performance. You might also want to try and run TwitchTest:

Streaming on wireless is not generally recommended.
