Bug Report OBS Studio Issue Confirmed

After many months of trying to find out what is whats wrong with my OBS i have found whats the cause.

Issues!

Obs Studio would have massive Fps drops (25% to 75% frame drop) and i would find that my bitrate would fluctuate between 300kbps and 3500kbps.

This would be regardless of Encorder.. Base Bitrate.. Fps rate or resolution.

Cause!

ROG Game First III. This caused the issues with Obs Studio and Disabling/Uninstalling will fix this issue. It seems to be becuase of how it proiritizes the network bandwidth

ROG - Replubic of Gamers

Game First III is a software available for some Republic of Gamers Motherboards. Its a network optimizer but it clashes with OBS studio.
