Question / Help OBS Studio is freezing during stream

Just started out streaming, and tried following a video setting tutorial for stopping freezing but it is still freezing up. I tried adding a file to this post but it doesn't seem to be working so I went through help and uploaded one there too.

You're having the Windows 10 AU issue.
