Question / Help OBS studio is flashing pink for recordings

Whenever I record my game sometimes it flashes pink and sometimes there is no video at all sometimes when I get lucky its normal and I can upload a video can someone help me?

First attempt:
11:16:53.771: Output 'test_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 588 (73.5%)
But next attempts do not show network issues.

Last attempt:
13:46:50.712: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 43752 (60.2%)
Your GPU can´t render frames,
Your system is very weak for realtime streaming.

Try streaming at 480p and reduce ingame graphics to its minimum.
This wil get better results, but I think it will still have some render lag.

then try recording at 480p you can change it in the video settings.

This use to happen to me a bunch when i was streaming roblox on a laptop without a gpu change your settings to ultrafast and i used 720p and it didnt give me anymore pink frames but the recording quality was bad.

Use Simple settings
Quality: Indistinguishable
Format FLV or MKV
Encoder NVENC
