Question / Help OBS Studio + HD60s Freezing

Every 5 minutes or so, the elgato hd60s just freezes, while all other stream elements continue working properly. Obviously I can't stream with this problem, and it is fixed by me reinitializing the device, which is annoying. Anyone fixed this before? Nothing out of ordinary in log file either.

My HD60s does the same exact thing, but it does it every 10 seconds roughly. It is a huge pain and I have tried everything including even dropping down to 720p and 360p.
