Question / Help OBS Studio has a terrible echo in the mic

On my twitch stream, obs studio echos the mic audio and I'm not sure how to fix it. I don't have my stream running in the background and I set all my devices in audio to disabled except for my mic. I searched up videos and guides on how to fix it, but I'm not sure what to do since i can't find same settings since they are on an older version. Okay, so I just installed OBS. First use of the program the audio was fine. Streamed audio perfectly. Opened the program back up to stream a second time and the audio settings changed. Now the audio doubles. (Dunno why.) I have an El Gato HD60 Pro. I have Desktop audio on because I use discord...

Audio monitoring device setting is in Settings > Audio> Advanced > Monitoring Device

(It used to be in Settings > Advanced in older versions).
