So, a bit of story. I use OBS to record D&D sessions through Discord and recently decided to use MP4 (previously used MKV and decided to go against the warnings) and got a corrupt file. After days of toiling and getting a few linux friends to help we managed to recover the file using the untrunc process. After that, OBS Studio has decided it hates me. On occasion, normally when a D&D session begins, when I hit record OBS will cut out my headset and mic (I use a logitech usb headset) so I can't hear or talk. On top of that, my mouse lags and it takes forever to get to OBS Studio and stop recording. My entire system seems to just crash when I hit the record button.
I am only recording sound through my output and input, though last night when I used it I was also capturing discord in a web screen. So far I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, performing a disk check, and updating my drivers. Any help would be appreciated.
Here's a log of when it happened last night.
