Question / Help OBS studio frames dropping, choppy, laggy

Hi everyone.

I'm out of solutions and I don't know what to do. My stream has always been smooth and high quality and all of the sudden it lately has been lagging, choppy and dropping frames.

I use NDI plugin to stream from one laptop to another and it always worked perfectly.

I've been fiddling around with all the settings and combinations of. Lowered bitrates, lowered fps, lowered CPU usage and i'm really pulling my hair out.

Why did you set the cpu preset to medium? Your CPU cannot handle that, set it back to veryfast.

I did, I think I always had it on veryfast. Out of the blue it started stuttering and being choppy. I have just been running alot of bandwith tests with twitch inspector. I run on Amsterdam server as it has lowest ms and best quality. Should I change server?
