Question / Help OBS Studio + Elgato = intermittent video / audio pauses

When I am running OBS and the Elgato HD60S to capture video / sound (even while NOT streaming) I get this intermittent pause of video and audio. I've tried just about everything and I'm having no luck. Any help?

Do you know where I should go to? I don't see a link anywhere for the FTL version support, and it does it in the non-FTL version of OBS as well ...
