Question / Help [OBS Studio + Elgato HD] Picture could be sharper?

Hey guys,

I'm streaming with 3.000 bitrate / 30fps upcaling from 1080p to 720p right now. Everything is fine, just one thing bothers me.
When i have a look at other 720p streams, the most look a little bit sharper. I can see the the difference especially at the texts.

I really tried everything to solve the problem. :(

Imho your stream looks perfectly fine.
Maybe there are two options you can try:
a) slower the x264 preset (Default ist veryfast; I use medium)
b) On the video tab use Lanczos filter

I'll try to slower the x264 preset in the next stream (i'm using Lanczos right now), but i guess it wo'nt help. And thanks for your feedback. But i'm really a perfectionst when it comes to quallity. My texts (ingame and in the scenes) are definitly a bit unsharp.
