Question / Help OBS Studio Echo

I am really struggling with figuring out the solution to an echo that the people in my stream hear. I don't hear it, only the people watching me. It sounds like I'm watching my stream twice. I stream off my PS4 using the El Gato. I have been trying to get Spotify music to play in the background of my streams, but everytime I turn the volume on Desktop Audio up so that they can hear it, my game audio and party chat audio starts to echo and become robotic sounding. Does anyone have any clue how to fix this? Or what I can try to get it working?

Question / Help - DOUBLED AUDIO!
