OBS Studio Dual Monitor Display Issue/Bug

My OBS Studio suddenly won't let me select my secondary monitor in 'Display Capture' in my dual monitor setup. Display Capture shows both monitors in the drop down list and I can select both, however, in the preview it still only shows my primary monitor even when selecting my secondary monitor.
I have tried restarting my PC several times, deleting Display Capture and readding it, and even uninstalling and reinstalling OBS Studio.

Is there a solution to this or should I wait for a future update?

Additionally: the Display Capture by default shows that is has my secondary monitor selected in the drop-down, but only shows my primary monitor in the preview. I can select either monitor in the drop-down, but clicking off Display Capture then back on has my secondary monitor selected again with Primary solely being displayed.
