OBS Studio Drops From 6000kb/s Down To 0kb/s And Ends Stream HELP

So recently I been having this problem where my stream would just end out of no where. I realized my kb/s was at 0 figured it just a simple reset of obs but sadly it's happened 4 times already and it's really annoying. It does it randomly too, sometimes it'll happen after 15 mins of streaming, 30 mins, up to 3 hours. Once it reaches to 0kb/s I try to stop the stream but it doesn't do anything, it just says "stopping stream" but on twitch it had already ended as soon as it dropped to 0kb/s. If someone can please help me out I would really appreciate it! I'll post my log file, once again thank you!

Log does NOT include important details as no streaming or recording session included
Though the log clearly shows an issue with your Canon M50

And HIGHLY unlikely it is random. Much more likely is that you are not doing real-time monitoring of your hardware resource (ie PC) utilization, nor network, therefore not seeing the cause

You aren't using WiFi are you? if yes, 1st troubleshooting step is to test with a wired connection

Sorry for the late reply. No i'm not using wifi, i'm wired. That's weird I wonder how my canon m50 could be involved with my kbs dropping to 0?

If something is wrong with a device connection, and the operating system or OBS is constantly busy trying to re-connect, then CPU gets busy, and if too busy, 'wheels can come off the bus' so to speak
- notice I didn't say it was the M50's fault

Hence, you are doing the equivalent of driving blindfolded if you aren't doing real-time monitor of hardware resource utilization

Sorry , i'm not really all that good when it comes situations like this. What do you recommend me to do to fix or figure out this problem?

One last thing , i'm not sure if this could cause the kbs to drop to 0 but if im in game streaming and I hit the windows key so i can do something on my other monitor , can that cause it to crash?

If you have an under-powered PC for the VERY computationally demanding task of real-time video encoding, then yes, bring another application to the foreground may push your computer beyond its capabilities (or at least your settings and workload be placed upon computer).
Or you may be using a plugin/tool that is buggy

I think i got a pretty good setup that can handle it.
Ryzen 7 5800x
Evga RTX 3070 ftw3
32GB G.skill cl16 3600
Corsair rmx 850w
I don't have any plug ins installed though , or tool.
I did just notice , every time i hit the windows key my kbs drops a little bit and so im not sure if after a few clicks of the windows it just crashes

1. The new Windows 10 Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") added with version 2004 is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's a new and experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. If you haven't done so already, update OBS to the newest available version.
3. Set the Audio Sample Rate on your Canon M50 to 48 kHz.
4. Enable browser hardware acceleration in Settings -> Advanced.
5. Also enable Dynamic Bitrate in the Advanced Settings.
6. Your log contains no streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.

Plenty powerful enough computer. Sorry, missed this was a thread that had a log.
and qhobbes knows WAY more about OBS than I do, so I recommend following his suggestions

qhobbes recommendations on Steps #1 & 3 not done/changed ... so, I stopped looking at the log
Doing the same things over again and expecting a different result is the classic definition of insanity

so I suspect to help others help you, I'd recommend explaining what you did change, and if you didn't follow specific recommendations from someone like @qhobbes, why?

So you're calling me insane? He asked me to post another log and I did follow his instructions. All I did was post a different log just like he said?

No, I have no idea your state of sanity/rationality ;^)
qhobbes recommended changes, THEN a new log. your log shows a change # 1 & 3 *not* done. so....
