OBS Studio Dropping/Skipped Frames

Well these are now the only screens I have.

Main screen: AOC 24" 144hz monitor
2 monitor: Acer's 22" 60hz monitor
3 Monitor: BENQ 27" 60hz image processing monitor

Hopefully, the quality of the stream will not deteriorate now.
Always bring Frames missed due to rendering lag and Skipped frames due to encoding lag do not go to orange or red

Now the Present P6 has been replaced by P5
But it still happens Frames missed due to rendering lag and Skipped Frames due to encoding lag when I enter the game or when I launch the game.
Also when I go to windows and go back to the game
