OBS Studio Dropping Network frames.

I am trying to stream to twitch in OBS with 6000 kbps bitrate but i often drop network frames while playing r6, neither of my gpu nore cpu are at full load and there isd no reason for it to be lagging, my bitrate flucuates between 1000 and 6000, i dont drop any hardware frame and my internet upload speed is 10mbps. Thanks In advance!

Update: When the problem occurs if i change servers it goes away but i cant keep doing this as it happens mid stream

Dropped frames are ALWAYS a network connection problem. This is not something OBS can cause or fix, and really is outside the scope of OBS support. Refer to the link that Harold posted for common troubleshooting.
