Simple settings
Recording Quality Indistinguishable
Format FLV
Encoder x264 low CPUI usage.

Try with native resolution.
But, surely, you should have to downscale to 540p or 480p

But, before it started lagging I wasn't using that and the video was just fine... Do you have any idea of why does the video lag now, and not before?

I mean before I updated to the broken driver I was not using so low settings, I was using 48 fps and the video was just fine. Now it lags like crazy even thought I am using Direct 3D 11, I updated the driver, lowered all the settings but the video still lags a lot.

You are talking about in-game settings, even if you obviusly don't play that game

I solved the problem myself. I was using an option that allows you to get unlimited fps. I realized that it is hard for the graphic card to handle a 120 fps game so it was skipping frames an that was probably was caused the video lag. I changed that setting to VSync ( maximum 60 fps ) so the graphic card doesn't struggle so much, so it doesn't skip frames.
