Question / Help OBS Studio Dropping my FPS all of a sudden

Yesterday I could normally record a game (minecraft in this case) and would get 100 fps.
All of a sudden my game would start lagging (50 fps frame drop) as soon as I opened OBS Studio
Any help?
Edit: Sorry for uploading the file twice I did that by mistake

20:43:24.128: [game-capture: 'Game Capture'] memory capture successful
20:43:28.731: [game-capture: 'Game Capture'] gl memory capture successful

Mostly because of that.

Why are you recording at 48fps?

So you're increasing your cpu usage by over 50% (vs 30fps) to "make sure you don't lag"

Sorry, but that's NOT how it works.

And you fix the problem I pointed out by making sure multi-adapter compatibility hooking is disabled.

Direct3D 11 crashes minecraft since minecraft uses Open GL, even though i never changed that to open gl before it started lagging. A day I just opened OBS Studio and it crahsed my minecraft so I changed Direct3D 11 to Open GL, and it started lagging but it stopped crashing

Wrong.

Your use of direct3d crashes minecraft because you're likely on the nvidia 378.49 driver version, which is confirmed to be a broken driver version.

But now there is another problem, I don't lag in game but the video lags a lot, even when I set the video to 60 fps

progressivehorror how do I do that?
Also there are 2 logs, one while recording at 60 fps at one while recording at 30 fps

60 FPS video is difficult to encode with that CPU so use 30. In-game settings have options to cap or sync FPS.

30 FPS
16:31:45.715: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 84 (23.7%)

60 FPS
16:33:18.695: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 684 (61.0%)

Your GPU is overloaded even at 30 FPS.

Rescale down to 540p or 480p
