Question / Help OBS Studio dropping frames before streaming

Hiya,

I've been streaming with OBS for a little over a year now with no issues at 720p 60fps. Now whenever I load up OBS Studio it instantly drops from 60 frames to <50 frames before I click to start streaming or recording. I've tried adjusting my settings and removing Elgato's video capture, and even changing my fps to 30 (it still drops to below 20). I'm not having this problem streaming through Elgato Game Capture, streaming through that works flawlessly.
