Question / Help OBS Studio Dropping Frames at over 10%

My internet speeds are very good, I can play games without lagging. Two days ago, I was using studio and was only dropping 0.4% frames, but today it's gotten much worse. I've tried restarting internet, uninstalling OBS completely and reinstalling. Nothing is working. Still getting great internet speeds.

Is this the correct area for someone to take a look at my log? I'm fairly certain I've exhausted every option on that list.

How can you go from dropping 0.4% frames consistently to 15%+ in a matter of a day is my question. Seems a bit odd to me. Something in my settings has to be screwed up.

Nope. When you factor in EVERY internet provider between you and your streaming service, there's plenty of places for things to go wrong without you changing a thing.
