OBS Studio Dropped frames when ALT+TABBING into the game

Hello, so I never encountered this issue before, I've made a couple of streams a couple of times already in the past days and they worked perfectly fine. No lag no alt tabbing drop frames, no nothing. Yesterday and today I tried streaming with the same setup same settings same everything and I tried changing the frames from 60 fps to 48 to 30 but my frames still go down to 11-15 fps.
Also tried changing from Twitch to Youtube and I am having the same issue.
