Don't use multiple capture programs with the same game.

No I didn't I ran them at different times but one works and the other doesn't but I would like to be able to use OBS studio but that's were the problem takes place.

OK so I have new info original OBS is doing the same thing as one studio as soon as I put the fps from 30 to 48 it becomes choppy

I'm running cs w/ -nod3d9ex -freq 144(Hz) -high my CPU is a AMD 6300 BE OC 4.2 ghz and I have a gtx 760 ssc

OBS needs to be at a higher process priority than pretty much everything else, so find the OBS process in the task manager, rightclick, hover over process priority -> set it to a value higher than normal/default. Keep in mind that you'll have to do this every time you reopen OBS, there is probably a way to avoid having do to it every time, but honestly I don't know how and it doesn't really bug me personally.

EDIT: OBS's process priority must also be higher than CSGO's, so make sure to set it to a higher value
