thanks Suslik v for your answer. I found a new video card driver on the Intel website. I did the update but again after about 10 hours again obs crash. I attach the log file and the crash file. in the windows events I found this report:

An insufficient virtual memory condition has been diagnosed.
Most of the virtual memory has been used by
following programs: 350220288 bytes used by obs64.exe (7648),
129478656 bytes used by MsMpEng.exe (3368) and 46338048 bytes used by svchost.exe (1296).

it seems that obs crashes due to saturation of virtual memory (loop ???). I do not know what to check anymore.

help me.
Thanks

Virtual memory is still backed by physical memory. You can try increasing the size of your pagefile but performance will drop considerably.

I have to stream the video of a ipcamera 30fps 2000bitrate. I do not have big needs. during the streaming after hours something happens that saturates the memory and obs crashes due to lack of memory

Perhaps something like ffmpeg or VLC would be better suited for your needs, OBS feels a bit overkill.

I have to broadcast the mass of my parish in streaming. can I only with vlc send the source video rtsp to the server listen2myradio where to connect my parishioners with an app? sorry for my English. i write from Italy

Just find application (maybe via Task Manager) that eats all of your RAM.
Info from the log: at Studio start up, you have 2465MB Free of RAM - that is more than enough for the task that OBS Studio running.

the problem has been solved. the crach was caused by the windows antimalvare service which, when executed, causes 100% CPU peaks forcing the other programs to cache, and in the case of obs up to the saturation of the virtual memory and consequent crach 0x8000003.
I have disabled the service and now obs works well.
thank you obs.
