Question / Help OBS Studio causing in game lag

When ever I try to play a game with studio open, the game is constantly choppy. As soon as I close studio, the game resumes to running smoothly. Its with all games, not just one. I previously thought it had something to do with NVIDIA, because every time I would optimize the game, it would go back to running smoothly, however this latest time, that didnt even work. Is anyone having the same issue and/or does anyone know how to fix the problem?

*(Added) Actually, it seems to be making the entire computer lag, like chrome and such.

Im not sure if a log will really asy much but here it is

There aren't any streaming/recording attempts in this log file. Restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for a few minutes and stop it again. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

Looks like you uploaded the log before you stopped streaming. The last line is

Your CPU appears to be choking and you didn't select a good Twitch ingest server to stream to so 40% of your stream data is getting lost along the way. What kind of FPS do you see in Overwatch normally? Are you using vsync or the frame rate limiter? You should.

Overwatch I can normally keep around 120-150 FPS. Im not using vsync or frame rate limiter. If I remember right, I get the same FPS, but its just stutters. I think I have found a easy fix atleast to Overwatch, by going to fullscreen and then switching back to borderless window. I tried GTA today and seemed to be having the same issues as well.
