Question / Help OBS Studio Causing Games Not to Load

I posted an older thread, with no responses. Hopefully this one is different. I am running into a recent problem with OBS. When the software is running and sitting idle without streaming or recording. Games will be stuck in a loading phase, Ex.) When your HDD takes forever to load in textures to a game. Games will not load/textures/loading screens/etc. However, every time I close out of OBS my textures/games will load instantly right after. IS OBS causing my HDD to slow down or something. F.Y.I OBS is on a SSD and all my other games are on an HDD. I have reinstalled OBS but doesn't help. Moving games to a different storage device does. However, I have limited like less than 25 GBS on my SSD so I can't move games.

Try to create new Scene Collection and try again (empty black scene).

I have tried that, and it still proceeds to have problems.

Then something wrong with your system. Empty scene almost not consume video memory, so all other soft should load normal.
