look at the picture this is my problem
i use capture Extreme U3 Cap
only i have problem with studio version
without this problem on obs classic

You have updated the Settings of the Capcard in OBS a couple of Times in your Log. But you dont try the right Settings.
1920x1080
60FPS

That should fix the Problem.

Again not the correct Settings. Set it to 1920x1080 and 60FPS.
