When I attempt to stream with OBS studio it caps my in-game fps at 30. I have fouind a small work-around in that i can open the geforce control panel and adjust the display scaling (it doesnt even matter what change i make, i just have to change a setting and hit apply) and the fps is back to normal. The problem is that I have to do this every single time i load into OBS. I have changed stream settings as well to see if my particular setup is the problem, and I get the issue no matter what settings I use. This problem does not exist with classic OBS, just in OBS studio. The game also doesnt matter, it affects all games. My only conclusion is that it is somehow related to Nvidia drivers, possibly? Does anyone know of a permanent solution to the fps capping issue?
