Bug Report obs-studio can open outside the desktop bounds

If you closed obs-studio on a secondary screen it will save this position and reopen it there next time.
However If you remove that screen obs won't be visible at startup anymore and you'll have to edit the start position in %APPDATA%\obs-studio\global.ini to fix it.

I'm on Windows 10 x64.
