Question / Help OBS Studio broadcast keep resetting?

Been havings issues lately with obs reconnecting whenever i play music or will randonly just stop the stream.

now my internet Speed is great!

my broadcast settings
video bitrate: 1500
Encorder: Software x264
Audio Bitrate: 160

Base Resoultion: 1920x1080
Output Resolution: 1280x720
Downscale Filter Bicubic
common FPS 30

Any suggestions or help be great, starting to get annoying when my stream keeps going down.

Tried all that. At first I though it was the twitch server i was streaming tool based off that twitch tool. Even when I drop down to the lowest stream quality I still get insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls. Which I dont understand because the xfinity tech guy says my internet is perfect. Seems to happen more frequently at night. Just getting annoyed lol.
