Question / Help OBS Studio Bad Video quality on YouTube Live

Hello,

i'm streaming on YouTube with OBS Studio. Streaming a Browser Window. But the Quality is verry poor. When i stream with only 780x438 the quality is bad. when i stream with 1364x768 its jerky and its hanging.
Notebook Specs:
Win 10
8GB RAM
AMD A8-7410 CPU
Radeon R5 GPU with 2GB Ram

Speedtest
UP: 14000Kbit/S
DOWN: 12090Kbit/S

OBS Studio Settings:

So, i think thats not perfect but it is okay to have a good streaming quality. A Friend have lower speedtest values and a worse PC but his streaming quality is much better, what i am making wrong? I hope, someone can help me. Thank you verry much - and sorry for my bad english

Increase your video bitrate.
Also, AMD APUs are notoriously weak.

on how much i should incrase the bitrate? cuz my upload speed is round 1,2Mbit/S

without sufficient bitrate, your stream quality will always be low. That's just the nature of streaming. If possible, upgrade your speed with your Internet Service Provider. Aside from that there isn't anything you can do.
