Question / Help OBS studio audio super sensitive, picks up even pin drop

I’m using Nikon DSLR with OBS studio via BlackMagic Intensity Shuttle.
My built in mic is off.
But the audio that’s channels out is super sensitive, where even my mouse clicks are picked up and heard as tiny pops on the output.
I tried audio filters to suppress the noose and still same.

not sure what I’m missing.

What are you using for a mic, then? Be aware that condenser mics are meant for use at a range of 3 inches to a foot from your mouth. Chances are good you just need to move your mic closer to your face and run the gain lower.
If you're using the camera mic... yeah, that's going to pick up room audio. You'll need a microphone as well. Recommend a dynamic mic if possible rather than a condenser, they're better at ambient rejection.
