Question / Help OBS Studio and System Interrupts

I have been having this issue with my OBS Studio that when I open the program my entire computer get logged down with System Interrupts. I've turned of everything that I can to keep the computer on and it still bogs it down to barely operable. I have no idea why it does this at all. I've tried updating everything and it still does this. I turn on OBS and the System Interrupts shoots to like 30% on my CPU. I have no idea how to fix this.
 
No logs to be had. It is just I said. start up program, computer lags. Doesn't stop till I turn off OBS. Can't find a log, nothing for it.

If you can't find logs, something on your PC is interfering with the normal operation of OBS. They should definitely be there if the program is run, it's generated every time you launch OBS.
 
Hello, Whenever i try to launch obs studio, it wont actually launch. In my task manager I get a "system interrupts" with is using 90 percent of my cpu and everything else is using 0 percent. In the task manager, I see a task labeled "obs.exe" or "obs64.exe". I see that in task bar but obs itself will not actually launch. I cant get any logs because of this and i cant stream or record because of this.
