Hi!
I need some help with my friend's set up. He's never had issues before, but suddenly he's getting audio duplication and echo. If he mutes the Avermedia, we hear nothing at all, if he mutes the desktop audio it kills alerts and everything else. His mic is fine, and we can see evidence of it in the mixer. I've included a picture below.

I'm also including a screenshot of what his Avermedia settings are. I don't know what other questions you guys might have to help us solve this problem!
