Obs Studio Almost Complete Freeze/Lag with Game Play

Hello, I have been trying to stream over Obs Studio with my setup, but experiencing almost complete freeze/lag when playing games. Of course the more demanding the worse the freeze or lag. My setup consist of AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GHz, 32.0 GB, 32GB DDR 4 3200, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super. The issue I have is that as soon as I start to play the game Obs almost completely freezes with newer mid to high level demanding games, while lower demanding games still lag noticeably. I think it may be that my GPU is overtaxed. I watch my CPU, RAM and GPU performance during these loads and none are reaching high levels...the GPU is sitting about 65 to 78%. All this is occuring in the Obs windows preview, even without streaming. I noticed that my FPS in game does not dip during this. So I am perplexed.

Attached are my logs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
