Question / Help OBS Studio 4K Monitor issue

I'm having an issue where I can't record anything unless I downscale to 1920x1080 or below. My base resolution is 3840x2160 which is what I'm trying to record at but if I set my base resolution to 1920x1080 and scaled resolution to 1920x1080, it lets me record. I'm also using AMD VCE.

Having the same issue. I do also have a AMD graphics card (R9 Fury X) and using the same codec "AMD VCE" with CBQ.
How to solve that problem?
