Question / Help OBS stuck on stopping recording

Hey,

I just have the problem, that my OBS Studio 22.0.2 64bit stucks on stopping recording randomly. Sometimes after 3-4 records. Sometimes the first record stucks.
At this moment I just can exit obs and I have to kill the process to reopen it again. After that, no file was recorded although I use .mkv as output format.

My System Specs:
CPU: i7 8700k
RAM: 32GB DDR4-3200
GPU: GTX 1080
Output is on an Crucial MX500 1TB SSD

My recording specs:

Base Resolution: 2560x1440
Ouput Resolution: 2560x1440
Downscale Filter: Lanczos
FPS: Fractional to 144/1

Recording Format: mkv
Audio-Tracks: 4
Encoder: NVENC H.264
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 70000
Preset: Bluray
Profile: High
Level: auto
Use Two-Pass Encoding: checked
GPU: 0
B-Frames: 1

I really don´t know what to do. I changed Rate Control to CQP too. I reinstalled windows 10.
So important Note: I only record on this PC and play on another (using an Elgato 4K60 Pro capture card).

My log says the following:
09:52:51.310: ==== Recording Start ===============================================
09:52:51.311: [ffmpeg muxer: 'adv_file_output'] Writing file 'D:/2018-11-15 09-52-51.mkv'...

Thats all :(

Exactly the same problem with the same log (except .ts instead of .mkv). This has also already happened a bunch of times.

No file was ever created in these instances. I think probably something fails at creating the file, it writes to god knows which location (or just none) and then stopping fails because it's never been properly started.

This happens even when the target folder has full permissions for Everyone and OBS was run as administrator. Sometimes changing the target folder will make it work for one recording.
