OBS stuck on "stopping recording"

I'm a bit panicked. I recorded the ending of a game and saved it all, never had problems before. Then... this happened. I have the log but I don't speak computer or coding or... I just play the games and enjoy them. Is there any way to salvage the data? I have the logs if that helps any. Treat me like a grandma, OK? Generally stressed about this, I really tried hard to make sure everything was perfect.

Can you attach the log file that is dated before the "2025-05-27, 21:01:50"? Because you have posted the log from the next, normal session (not the one that is crashed). OBS main menu Help > Log Files > Show Log Files

This is a crash report not the session log. So, I assume that the session log is now gone forever (OBS keeps only last 10 log files on the disk and a new log file created on each application startup). Anyway, this crash report says that the Browser Source crashed (not enough resources to complete the task), probably run out of free RAM space. You can try to monitor the RAM and VRAM usage via the Task Manager. Here is example: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/obs-studio-using-too-much-vram.185274/

I've been trying to record today, too, and it keeps hanging up when I try to stop recording. I'll attach my log file here, and maybe someone can help.

It's also doing this weird thing where it asks if I want to start in safe mode, but it doesn't usually crash out when I close it. Related?
