OBS Stuck on Connecting...

i was recently trying to start up OBS to do a test stream and its stuck on the Greyed out Connecting... option, i disconnected and reconnected my twitch and even optimized the server which i broadcast through, i'll attach my most recent log files if this helps, i greatly appreciate anyone who can give me a hand

The log shows no connection attempt.
Please restart OBS and perform a test stream/recording for more than 30 seconds doing as you normally do, including playing games, full camera or whatever you normally do.
Now look inside Help menu. Upload the current log file and paste the url to the log in here. Click on the Analize button to start troubleshooting common issues.
