OBS stuck, but I need to save the record

Hello, I had the following problem: when the recording is completed, I have an endless recording stop, and after closing the OBS, it is now in the tray, but it cannot be closed. There is no entry in the destination folder.

I need to save the record somehow. I will be glad to answer
 
If there is no entry in the destination folder, the recording likely never actually started
If you were recording directly to mp4, the recording is DEFINITELY gone and won't be recoverable.

The fact of the matter is that the recording was started in the mkv format, and it was just started, but then after the recording was completed (about 1.5 hours) - the OBS did not complete the recording to the end and wrote the recording was stopped, but there was nothing
 
We would need the OBS session log from that launch of OBS.
It'll be in %appdata%\obs-studio\logs
