OBS Struggling/Crashing With Elgato HD60X, Especially From Audio

I've attached my logs from tonight when I was having these issues.

OBS runs streamed video and audio no problem from a game running on the computer itself, alerts, and from VTube Studio.
When I switch to a scene with the Elgato capture, stream starts buffering constantly and the audio on stream gets robotic.
Even more specifically, the stream seems to run mostly fine if I turn off the audio coming from the Elgato capture.
I tried using a separate global audio in from the Elgato, but that didn't appear to make any difference.

In the past I have had a few issues where the same thing appeared to be happening with other audio sources like trying to stream the audio coming in from a browser window, but it has been a while since that happened.

It really feels like something may be messed up in my audio settings, but I am not able to figure out what.
Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Thank you for the assistance!

In the first log, it doesn't look like any the log shows anything between the time I switch to the problematic scene and ending the stream. I changed to the chatting scene and talked for a bit, changed to Gaming - Competition, immediately had streaming problems, then ended the stream hoping a restart would help.

Most of the logs should show the same order of events.

18:03:37.083: User switched to scene 'Chatting - 2 Screens'
18:10:57.018: User switched to scene 'Gaming - Competition'
18:12:21.372: [rtmp stream: 'adv_stream'] User stopped the stream
