Looks like your game resolution is not 16:9, while your canvas size in OBS is. Either change the game resolution or the canvas size.

yes i hear you. and i agree. i know the black bars thing has happened to me before. i'm just not sure if it's from the gaming pc end or streaming end. i think the streaming end b/c it shows on both ends the ends. it's just on the streaming pc side it looks like black bars. when normally my problem is having my gaming pc not have black bars. i do the whole transform and preview scaling... trying all types of combos. it was all good just a week ago.... lul

Your monitor is likely stretching a non-16:9 resolution. If you want your stream to also be distorted, you can select the source and press Ctrl+S to force it to fit the scene.

i'll try it. i'm just saying i've been through this before and i've probably should have written it down. if i do 16:9 on my gaming pc all is well. just fucks up my fps. as i have a old 2nd gen i7...and it goes to an i3 streaming pc.... lul...

still nothing. just been doing 16:9 to fill the screen in. i don't know what happened to reset my settings but it was perfect before. i'm trying to look it up on google/utube cuz it's been an issue.... just nothing still works yet.
