Question / Help OBS Streams but will not record

This issue started today. Yesterday I was able to record and all that fun stuff. Now it won't. The only things to change are a new keyboard and updated video drivers. Not sure if the driver update did something weird or what, but it was fine yesterday! Your help is greatly appreciated :)
